- Medium Scope (1,800 – 4,000 sq. ft.): $9.00 / sq. ft. + HST (Volume Discount 10%)
- Large Scope (Over 4,000 sq. ft.): $8.00 / sq. ft. + HST (Volume Discount 20%)
- Condos & Basements:
- Flat Rate (Any size): $11.00 / sq. ft. + HST
- Minimum Fee: $5,000 CAD + HST
- Pricing Note: Fees are calculated based on the total designed area (scope of work), not the architectural footprint of the home.
- Details: Comprehensive service including on-site measurements, as-built plans, space planning & layout solutions, 3D visualizations for all rooms (with 2 rounds of revisions), Design Intent drawing package, and material schedules.
