Billing and payments support

If you have questions about a charge, invoice, subscription, or a refund request, contact us:

To help us resolve your request faster

Please include the following in your message:
  • Your full name
  • The email used at checkout
  • Invoice or receipt number (or the charge date and amount)
  • Last 4 digits of the card used (if available)
Please do not send full card numbers or sensitive banking details.

Refunds, cancellations, and rescheduling

Refund requests are reviewed based on the service purchased and its delivery status (not started, in progress, delivered). When applicable, refunds are issued to the original payment method only.

Important notes:

  • If your service has already been delivered (for example, a completed consultation), it is typically non-refundable.
  • If a booking needs to be rescheduled, please contact us as early as possible so we can offer alternative time slots.
  • For digital deliverables or time reserved on our calendar, refunds may be limited once work has started or time has been held.
  • Bank processing times vary. After a refund is approved and issued, it can take several business days to appear on your statement.

If your invoice or booking confirmation includes specific refund, cancellation, or rescheduling terms, those terms apply.

Subscriptions

If you purchased a subscription, you can request cancellation by emailing support@yarbis.ca from the same email used at checkout. Please include your invoice or receipt number.

Unrecognized charge

If you see a charge you do not recognize, contact us first. We can usually identify the transaction quickly if you send:

  • Charge date and amount
  • Email used at checkout
  • Last 4 digits of the card (if available)

If we cannot resolve the issue, you may contact your bank for additional support.
