  • 1.1 Discovery Call
    • Price: Free (Up to 30 mins)
    • Format: Video or Audio call (Google Meet, WhatsApp, or Phone/Landline).
    • Details: We review your goals and challenges to understand your needs, explain how our team can help bring your vision to life, and answer your questions about the process.
  • 1.2 Initial On-Site Consultation
    • Price: $200 CAD + HST (Flat Fee, up to 2 hours)
    • Format: In-person meeting at your property (Toronto & GTA).
    • Details: Review of site conditions & feasibility. We assess the property’s potential, identify structural or layout challenges, brainstorm concepts, and define a clear Scope of Work for a detailed proposal.
  • 1.3 Hourly Consultation
    • Price: $100 CAD / hour + HST
    • Details: Our standard studio rate. Used both for stand-alone consultations and for additional design time on active projects. Time is tracked and billed in 15-minute increments.
  • 1.4 Monthly Design Support (20 Hours)
    • Price: $1,800 CAD + HST (Save 10%)
    • Details: Up to 20 hours of ongoing expert guidance with priority access to your designer throughout the month. Ideal for smaller-scale projects and focused tasks such as confirming layouts, choosing paint colours, selecting furniture and materials, and adding the final decorative touches to your space.
  • 1.5 Monthly Design Support (40 Hours)
    • Price: $3,200 CAD + HST (Save 20%)
    • Details: Up to 40 hours of intensive support from your designer, recommended for larger or time-sensitive projects. Designed to keep renovations moving and streamline furniture, finishes and material sourcing, while allowing for deeper involvement in key design decisions.
  • 1.6 Monthly Retainer (Design Implementation)
    • Price: $1,500 CAD / month + HST

Details: Ongoing support during the implementation of your Full Interior Design Package, including up to 3 in-person visits per month (construction site or showrooms) plus unlimited remote support to clarify design details, review selections on site and help your contractor make timely decisions that respect the approved design.
