  • Details: The Designer accompanies the Client to showrooms, advises, and helps select items. The Designer creates shopping lists, but the Client is responsible for purchasing, payment processing, delivery coordination, and returns.
• 4.2 Procurement Mode (We Buy)
  • Price: 20% Procurement Fee on top of trade pricing (+ HST on fee).

Details: Turnkey service. We handle ordering, tracking, delivery logistics, quality inspection, and installation. Includes access to our exclusive trade discounts (note: our fee is applied to the discounted Trade Price, not the Retail Price).
